What makes THE LIGHTER different from an ordinary flashlight?
THE LIGHTER is designed specifically for photography and video. It provides high color rendering, smooth brightness control, an adjustable beam, flicker-free output for video, standard mounting options, and a compact body built for creative work.
Is 3000K warm or white light?
3000K is warm light. 5000K is a more neutral daylight-style light.
Can I change the color temperature?
On the current PRO v.2 and MAX models, you choose the color-temperature version when ordering. The available options are shown on the product page. Each light keeps its selected color temperature during use.
How do I mount THE LIGHTER to a stand or tripod?
THE LIGHTER uses a standard 1/4-inch mounting thread, making it compatible with many photo and video tripods, light stands, clamps, and mounting accessories.
Can THE LIGHTER PRO v.2 be charged by USB-C?
Yes. THE LIGHTER PRO v.2 charges through USB Type-C and can be used with a compatible power adapter or power bank.
How is THE LIGHTER MAX charged?
THE LIGHTER MAX uses two rechargeable batteries. The batteries are removed from the light and charged with the charger supplied with the product.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life is up to about 2 hours depending on the model and brightness level.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to more than 40 countries from Lviv, Ukraine. International orders are sent with Ukrposhta and may be handed to a local carrier for final delivery.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
What is the warranty?
THE LIGHTER products include the warranty period stated on the relevant product page. Our current lights are listed with a 12-month warranty.
Can I return an order?
