My name is Eduard Florentin and for me, light is not just a tool, it’s the soul of a photograph. As a wedding photographer from Romania, I constantly face the challenge of unpredictable venues, from dark spaces to overexposed settings, and many times you feel at the mercy of the environment. Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Can I switch between 3000K and 5000K?

One light, one color temperature. Choose 3000K or 5000K when ordering. The current PRO v.2 and MAX models do not switch between these temperatures during use.

Which color temperature should I choose?

3000K gives a warm look for atmospheric portraits, interiors and creative scenes. 5000K gives a more neutral white light for portraits, products and general photo or video work. The final look also depends on your camera white balance and the ambient light.

What is the difference between Base, Combo and Kit?

Base: one light with the accessories listed on its product page. Cinematic Combo: one light plus a gel filter set and barndoors. Kit: two lights in your chosen temperature combination; gel filters and barndoors are not included.

How do I charge PRO and MAX?

THE LIGHTER PRO v.2 charges through its USB Type-C port using a compatible cable and power source.

THE LIGHTER MAX uses two removable rechargeable batteries. Remove them and charge them in the supplied external charger. The MAX light itself is not charged through USB-C.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We ship to more than 40 countries from Lviv, Ukraine. Orders are dispatched on business days, and you receive a tracking number after shipment.

Delivery time varies by destination, customs and the local carrier. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Contact us for an estimate for your country. Import duties or local taxes may apply.

What warranty and returns do you offer?

Current PRO and MAX lights come with a 12-month warranty. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the return conditions.
