Shipping Policy

We ship to more than 40 countries from our warehouse in Lviv, Ukraine.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched on business days. Our current dispatch schedule is by 6:00 PM Ukraine time, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International shipping

International orders are shipped with Ukrposhta. After arriving in the destination country, your parcel may be transferred to a local postal or delivery carrier for final delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, local carrier operations, and other factors outside our direct control.

Customs and import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
